Hello and welcome to my website,

My studio was created soon after I came to Israel in 2007.
Although I was born and raised in this country, I have been most

of my working life elsewhere. Mainly in the UK.

In 2002 I had the privilege of working four years for a well known publisher

in India, where I started to learn about the publishing business, and

the graphic work which is related to it. It was fun and allowed me to

develop new skills and new ways of expressing myself in the visual

arts, using graphic software combined with freehand illustrations.

My professional qualifications are mainly in the IT industry, but while I was working and living in the UK for 20 years, I started illustrating, and developed a keen interest in this field. A few greeting cards were developed from my illustrations, and they had a short story printed at the back. That enterprise was called:

Hopefully it will be picked up where I left it, at some point in the near future.

In 2006, after four years in India, where I was allowed to design quite a few book covers, magazines front covers, and set to print a few magazines and books, it was time to come home. And here we are. ten years later. still working in graphic design, doing a few illustrations and preparing books for publishing.

My previous experience as an IT technical analyst helped me to get started with websites design & building.

So this is a brief summary of my professional background in the graphic design business.

Now with regards to this specific website. It was created in 2015, because there was a real business need to show my portfolio to new customers.
Currently everything that is on display here was either paid for and published, or authorized by a customer and is still on hold for unknown reason.

In some cases it could be that I've uploaded an earlier version of a specific design, and if this is so, its probably because that was the version that got authorized originally by the client, but later on they decided to modify it.
Sometimes the client changes the original artwork - AFTER I submit it to them and got paid for it, and I have no control over that,

so I prefer to show the design at the point the project was completed and paid for.

There are quite a few designs and illustrations of mine that are missing from this website.In most cases it is because I forgot about them. But what is on display here is enough to give a basic idea about my skills.
